Ducharme Motors is looking to add an additional Parts Advisor: to our busy Parts Department! The perfect candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to customer service with a passion in helping our customers. Ensures that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
- Sell parts through the shop, by phone or over the counter to customers.
- Assist walk-in customers with the selection of parts, suggest companion requirements and relay specials to ensure customer is aware of the product line.
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information via the telephone.
- Determine availability on out-of-stock items and, if requested by customer, submit emergency order.
- ensure invoice number is on hand to verify purchases and pricing.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service and sales are essential
- Previous Automotive or Parts knowledge will be considered an asset
