Risk Management Associate Director

As a Liquidity Risk Associate Director, you will provide independent oversight, challenge and governance of the liquidity parameters used to identify and capture liquidity risk globally.

Review and challenge capital market focused parameters across RBC’s global balance sheet
Partner with other liquidity risk teams to provide independent insight on liquidity parameterization
Brief senior management on emerging risks and market/regulatory developments that impact liquidity and funding.
Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and plan for compliance to future requirements related to liquidity risk.

Strong understanding of capital market businesses, particularly valuable would be an understanding of markets businesses including equities, prime brokerage etc
Understanding of liquidity risk and liquidity risk parameters
Understanding of key liquidity regulatory metrics and requirements
Strong presentation skills including Microsoft PowerPoint
Demonstrable experience of communicating complex concepts to audiences of varying levels, including senior stakeholders
Understanding of a bank’s businesses and balance sheet structure

CFA designation is beneficial.
