Hybrid Work: 3–4 days in-office per week.

Pay: Competitive salary of $50,000 – $55,000.

3+ years in payroll and record maintenance.

Strong grasp of payroll laws, taxes, and year-end filings.

Ability to meet tight deadlines with little supervision.

End-to-End Payroll

Manage all tax withholdings, remittances, and year-end filings.

Act as the main point of contact for staff payroll questions.

Reconcile payroll accounts and support daily accounting operations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a payroll-specific role.

Solid understanding of payroll legislation and tax regulations.

Accuracy: High level of attention to detail and data entry precision.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
