Nurturing prospects through lead generation channels, like networking, outbound dialing, and social media.

Building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders.

Closing deals over the phone or zoom with high-quality clients.

Attending live speaking engagements and webinars (travel capacity).

Collaborating for continuous improvement.

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in outside sales, handling objections, and lead generation. Experience in business coaching or working with trade contractors is a plus. Sales experience in a service industry is also a plus.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences in live public settings and virtual platforms.

Strong networking skills with a proven track record of building relationships and partnerships.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, virtual meeting tools, payment processing software, and other relevant technology. Formal sales training is a bonus.

Proven sales process with high closing rates

Base Salary $60K CAD annually plus commission. Top performers have the potential to earn $200K CAD annually

Recurring commission with high earning potential.
