Current Opportunity: EAP Counsellor (Mandarin Speaking)
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on your proximity to our Toronto office.
Salary: 62,000 CAD per year plus competitive benefits offering
Language: Clinical counselling experience in English and Mandarin

We are seeking compassionate, skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide high-quality support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) with primarily daytime shifts and one weekend evening shift included. Master’s degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field).

Fluent Mandarin and English.
Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services.
Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, or Systemic counselling.
Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus.
Ability to work with clients experiencing substance abuse, crisis situations, mental health symptoms, or relationship/family challenges.

Provide single-session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support, and crisis management.
Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitability for short-term counselling.
Manage high-risk situations, collaborating with clients and referring appropriately.
