In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components, setting up and operating various welding equipment, and ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Afternoon shift, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Welder Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, welding symbols, and GD&T requirements
- Set up and operate manual and CNC welding equipment, including fixtures and tooling
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, PTA, Laser Cladding, and other applicable processes
- Monitor weld quality and machine settings to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform in-process and post-weld inspections, identifying and correcting defects
- Maintain welding equipment through routine inspection and preventive maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and safety
2–5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and other welding processes (PTA or Laser Cladding an asset)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Experience working with technical drawings and GD&T
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with welding equipment and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
