As part of Wesgroup Equipment, a trusted leader for 120 years, Williams Machinery has been selling, renting, and servicing equipment across British Columbia, while providing essential safety training for effective machinery operation. As a Service Advisor you will work closely with service technicians and customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduling, work orders, invoices and customer follow up. The Advisor will be responsible to collect and update all customer information, write up customer requested repairs and maintenance, monitor repairs, sell additional needed service to customers and communicate with our customers throughout the entire service repair process, including scheduling of service work in the service department when required.

Coordinate parts, freight, warranty claims, and planned maintenance schedules.
Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process.
Maintain accurate records of technician time, job codes, and service details.
Support shop and field technician coordination while following safety practices.
Mon-Fri shift starting at 06:30–07:00, based on operational needs.
Strong experience in dispatching, scheduling, and workload planning.
Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management databases.
