Law Clerk - Litigation

Our client is a well‑established Vancouver‑based law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its collections and foreclosure litigation group on a 12‑ to 18‑month contract basis. The Litigation Paralegal will support the collections and foreclosure litigation group in all aspects of its practice, including file management, drafting documentation, preparing client correspondence, managing foreclosure matters, and providing additional administrative and practice support as required.
Manage foreclosure files from initiation to completion, including drafting documents, court processes, and correspondence with clients and mortgagors
Prepare draft litigation documents for lawyer review
Provide general litigation and administrative support to the practice group as needed
Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
Previous experience in collections or foreclosure is strongly preferred
Certificate or diploma from an accredited Paralegal program
Working knowledge of the British Columbia Supreme Court Civil Rules
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with iPro is considered an asset
Flexibility to work occasional overtime when required
