Hiring Unit: Department of Geography

Assist in research projects related to energy, housing and climate change using established protocols, processes, and procedures

Produce executive summaries for research reports, in both French and English for projects BridgES and PRISE

Assist with the realization of a scoping review on the social and well-being impacts of power outages

Develop search strategy with a librarian searching for scientific literature, extracting data, and writing a report

Assure quality and results of work

Familiarity with the scholarly literature on energy poverty

Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative approaches to research

Strong writing skills

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Studies or related disciplines

McGill University is an English-language university where most teaching and research activities are conducted in the English language, thereby requiring English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # 4 in a scale of 0-4 . Hourly Salary:

$35 (Full time)
