As our HRCX Services practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Manager, HRCX Services to lead client delivery, coach and develop a high-impact consulting team, and strengthen long-term client partnerships. This role oversees our HRCX Business Partners and plays a critical role in shaping the quality, consistency, and growth of our HRCX Services offering.

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

Serve as the senior HR advisor across a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional delivery of fractional HR services.
Lead structured client check-ins focused on outcomes, insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
Partner with internal leadership to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and complex HR matters.
Support national HR initiatives, compliance updates, and organizational rollouts.
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of HR policies, programs, and best practices across clients.
Conduct regular touchpoints, performance coaching, and in-person site visits to support development.
Build team capability in consulting skills, client presence, and business acumen.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for the HR Services team.

Share client insights that support innovation, service enhancement, and scalability.
Balance hands-on client leadership with strategic thinking to support sustainable growth.

Support time tracking, billable hours oversight, and monthly reporting in collaboration with finance and leadership.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR management or consulting.

• 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally within a consulting or multi-client environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Experience in fractional HR, consulting, or automotive retail is a strong asset.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• A growth-driven mindset—you’re motivated by results, accountability, and building something meaningful.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using digital HR tools and systems.
• You’ll have strong team support, but you must be comfortable navigating changing priorities, client intensity, and growth expectations.

This role is hybrid, combining work from home with regular on-site client visits (typically 3–4 days per week depending on client needs).
Some travel may be required, including occasional out-of-province visits.
