Customer Service Agent - Full Time Temporary

Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL) who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. Note this is an evening shift Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am. Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner.
Creating freight bills as needed.
Answering the phone.
Manage customers' accounts, updating information as needed.
1+ year experience working in an office environment is required.
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations.
- Available to work Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am.
