Senior Lead Technician:
~ Trusted with complex, custom, or high-stakes projects. Helps shape standards.

Technical Operations & Sales (Inside Role):
A highly respected next step for Senior Leads who want to:
Mentor and coach both field and office staff.
Support project planning and quoting.
Help build internal training and systems.

It’s a role built for leaders who want to grow their impact beyond the field.

Some technicians discover they love working with customers.
Some get hooked on project planning.
Some become absolute wizards with AI tools or digital workflows.

Regardless of division, most technical roles follow a similar rhythm:
