About the Position: We are currently hiring for Secondary Technical Education teachers specifically trained in construction manufacturing transportation and cosmetology .
Certified by the Ontario College of Teachers (in good standing). Secondary Teachers must holdTechnologyqualifications in Intermediate and Senior divisions.
Skill sets education lived experiences backgrounds and various work/volunteer experience that may be considered valuable to the position.
Commitment to building inclusive and accessible learning and working environments where every student sees themselves reflected in the curriculum classrooms and schools.

~ Availability and commitment to work a minimum of 10 full days per school year.

Additional Assets:

Experience working with diverse communities in high-priority schools and/or abroad.
Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
~ Ability and willingness to contribute to a fulsome school community through participation in cocurricular activities events and/or committees.

Hourly Rate:
Daily rate of pay start at $289.47 (includes 4% vacation pay).

Individual wage for Long-Term Occasional work is based on related experience in the trade which will determine your level of credit received on the salary grid.
