Eyewear Sales Representative
Are you passionate about fashion, luxury products, and creating exceptional client experiences? Mission Eye Care is looking for a skilled Eyewear Sales Representative to join our growing, high-end optical gallery team!
This role blends style, sales, and service—perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, curating and educating clients on the value of high-end eyewear, and working with a vibrant and dynamic team.
We’re a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for innovative care, luxury eyewear, and a collaborative team environment. In this role, you’ll guide patients through frame and lens selection, educating them on options suited to their lifestyle, ensuring every visit feels smooth, personalized, and memorable.
We will provide foundational and ongoing training for the right candidate. This would include optics (some math), lens designs, materials, fitting and frame adjustments. You would learn on the job, online, and attend in-person training workshops to ensure your success.
Provide frame styling, fittings, adjustments and lens education
Use your technical expertise to adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear
Support insurance billing and help patients understand their benefits
Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales goals and KPIs
Participate in ongoing training, education sessions, team initiatives
You’re someone who thrives in a high-end retail or service environment and loves making personal connections.
Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, high-end fashion, or optical industry
Optician license (or experience in optical is an asset but not required)
Confident sales ability and a passion for style
An eye for fashion and a passion for luxury eyewear
Sundays off, no late nights beyond 7pm, and alternating 3-day weekends.
Team lunches, continued education, and in-house discounts on spa and eye care services.
