Psychotherapist- Full-time and Part-time REMOTE

Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients in a multidisciplinary field.
Position: Registered Psychotherapist
Pay: Competitive split to be discussed in the interview
Start Date: ASAP
Hours of work: Negotiable. Preference to work during the week and/or weekend
Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate assessment, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions for our patients
• Collect and maintain patient data for case management
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners at the clinic to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessment and treatment progress in the patient's medical record

Qualifications:

• Current registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
• Qualified Psychotherapist
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Committed to patient-centered care
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Delivery of high-quality clinical work grounded in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); other techniques are an asset
• Experience in clinical social work /mental health counselling an asset
• New graduates are welcome
