it’s an opportunity to be part of a specialized project involving high-volume spot welding, precision grinding, and material prep in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Competitive Pay: $25.00/hr to start.

Immediate Start: We are looking for our team members to hit the floor this week.

Spot Welding: Execute high-quality spot welds on steel assemblies, ensuring structural integrity and meeting production quotas.

Industrial Grinding: Perform heavy-duty grinding to smooth welds, remove burrs, and prep surfaces for the next stage of production.

Assist with operating manual or CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut steel components according to specific blueprints.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of welded joints and finished parts to ensure they meet precision requirements.

Material Handling: Safely move steel components through the welding and grinding stations to maintain a fluid "assembly line" pace.

Proven experience as a Spot Welder in a similar Manufacturing role involving metalwork.

Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety in a manufacturing setting.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
