Who we are We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. This is a non clinical healthcare role that is well suited for college students who want meaningful work, flexible hours, and real exposure to healthcare operations.
You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.
Conduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical histories
Review existing medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency
Clean up and standardize medical information so it meets quality standards
Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve quality
Are looking for a part time role around 20 hours per week (e.g., college student)
Are interested in healthcare exposure, especially if you are premed, public health, nursing, or exploring healthcare careers
Previous experience in medical scribing or administrative healthcare roles
Comfort learning new software and tools
Part time and full time options available, ideally have at least 20 hours per week available
