Marketing Administrator
Multi-Brand Social Ownership Calgary AB Hybrid Full-Time

Optiom is hiring a Marketing Administrator to own the social presence of all three of our brands: You will develop the strategy build and manage the content calendar run the paid campaigns and create the repurposing engine that turns every major content asset into reach engagement and pipeline across owned and paid channels for three distinct audiences with three distinct voices all under one compliance framework.

You will work alongside sales leadership compliance and external creative partners and you will be the day-to-day point of contact for any brand or product team with a social media need. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of platform fluency content instinct compliance discipline and professional maturity.

13 years of hands-on social media management experience owning a content calendar publishing schedule and community response not just assisting with it.

• Direct experience building and managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager including audience targeting budget management and performance reporting.
• A working understanding of content repurposing you know how to turn a 45-minute webinar into a week of platform-native social content.
• Strong written communication skills your captions are as considered as your performance reports.
• you understand that regulated content requires sign-off before publishing and you plan for it rather than treating it as an obstacle.
• Proficiency with at least one social media management and scheduling platform (Hootsuite Sprout Social Later or equivalent).
• A data-informed mindset you know what CPL CPA engagement rate and ROAS mean and you use them to make decisions about where to put effort and spend.

Experience in fintech insurance financial services or banking you understand the constraints that come with regulated content and you see compliance discipline as a professional standard rather than a burden.
Video editing skills for short-form social content (CapCut Adobe Premiere Rush or equivalent) the ability to produce a reel without going to production first is a meaningful advantage in this role.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into a marketing workflow for ideation caption drafting trend research or content optimization while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
Experience coordinating with external agencies videographers or freelance creators on content production timelines and brand briefs.
A portfolio or examples of multi-brand or multi-channel social campaigns you have built managed and can speak to with data.
Bilingual in English and French or English and another language relevant to Optioms customer markets.
