The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high quality holistic nursing care to oncology patients during their entire cancer care experience including: assessment, intervention, treatment coordination and administration, teaching, counselling, support and follow-up. This position reports to a Site Manager or Provincial Manager within the Care Services Division; Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Nursing

- Oncology Nursing Certification is an asset

Licensed with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).

Ability to interpret detailed information and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Human relations skills are required to develop formal relationships of a therapeutic nature to assist others in achieving their short- or long-term goals.
• Accuracy of fine motor movements required for starting IV lines, giving medications, assisting with medical procedures etc.
