As a Building Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a downtown Calgary property within a multi-building portfolio. Performing maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and life safety equipment
Monitoring and recording equipment logs and meter readings
Coordinating and supervising trades and contractors
Participating in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours work
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
5+ years of experience in building operations, including HVAC systems
- Familiarity with automation systems (JCI Metasys experience is an asset)
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with tenants and contractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preventative maintenance systems
- A successful criminal record check
