As a Manufacturing Production Operator for 3M Perth Scotch-Brite, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Foster continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles
Compliance with quality standards.
Mechanical and Troubleshooting
Develop Knowledge to troubleshoot plant processes, perform equipment changeovers, and complete minor repairs.

High School diploma/Equivalent or higher (completed before start)
Ability and flexibility to work shift rotations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proven track record of a proactive constructive approach and demonstration of a high level of focus and understanding in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools

Travel: May include up to 10%
