Business Administration Analyst

The Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering workshop facilitation use case analysis business process analysis detailed design activities and developing business analysis documentation. This role requires experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations as well as experience in health information systems/CIS implementation projects.
Location:Canada Remote
Facilitating workshops with healthcare providers to identify and articulate business and system requirements.

• Analyzing business processes and developing detailed design documentation.
• Collaborating with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Working on multiple project streams/activities simultaneously.

University Degree in Healthcare Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

• 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst (or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst in health information systems/CIS implementation projects.

6 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst in computerized provider order entry (CPOE) order sets clinical documentation ancillary services (Pharmacy Medical Imaging Laboratory).

• Verbal and written communication facilitation and presentation skills in French and English.
• 3 years of experience in leading workshops with healthcare providers.
• 5 years of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• 2 years of experience using Atlassians JIRA software.
• Previous experience working within public health authorities.

Must be able to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels.
