Sheet Metal Worker – Commercial & Industrial Sectors

We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to work on construction and maintenance projects in commercial and industrial environments .
The selected candidate will play a key role in the fabrication, installation, and repair of ventilation systems, ductwork, and sheet metal components, while ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
Fabrication & Installation
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
Fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components
Adjust, secure, and seal duct systems according to standards
Carry out preventive maintenance on installations
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and quality standards
Follow health and safety procedures on job sites
Verify system performance and proper sealing of installations
Work closely with site teams and other trades
Communicate effectively with project managers and supervisors
Diploma or recognized training in sheet metal work
Valid trade certification (CCQ – strong asset)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
Permanent, full-time position
