Job Title: Business Analyst (Non-IT) - Intermediate
Work Type: Temporary Assignment
Manage NPI. This includes assisting the Technology Enablement Group (TEG) category managers with target setting and act as liaison with CE and BUs.
Monitor analyze and provide direction to vendor partners regarding their NPI and validation approvals.
Provide regular reports on AVL hardware exception request hardware purchasing and shipping tracking hardware test tracking legal agreement data with particular attention on progress against agreed targets and service level agreements
Identify key growth indicators and metrics develop key metrics enhance reporting and formulate areas of analytic focus to better capture and manage the business performance
Understand business needs diagnose performance issues and develop recommendations through combination of data analysis and business critical thinking
Forecasting and report on progress in conjunction with TEG operations exception requests funnel analysis/ judgment understanding of top process improvement opportunities.
Identify and work collaboratively with TEG supply chain and/or operations to implement process improvements.
Manage all Escalations AVL management document tracking with the TEG business unit expedite
Bachelors degree related field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years minimum related (e.g. business analysis or planning) total experience. Intermediate level of knowledge of tactical business planning/analysis. Advanced excel experience and/or other data analysis tools required

Process Improvement: Ability to connect the dots between business strategy and engineering operations.
Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative
Technical: Advanced experience with Excel and database reporting solutions such as MS Access or Sybase/Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of the embedded semiconductor business;Semiconductor industry experience.
Experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g. Python) for test automation data collection and analysis.
Develop test procedures for general qualification and testing using automated/scripted tests as part of an automation suite.
