Job Posting: Mechanical Engineering Technician

A well-established manufacturing company specializing in the production of mechanical parts for a variety of sectors (agriculture, industry, road maintenance, forestry, etc.).
It distinguishes itself through its practical approach, technical expertise, innovative spirit, and focus on continuous improvement. A technician who enjoys drawing , fieldwork , and improving processes .
Here, you won't be stuck in a cubicle: you'll see your ideas come to life right in the workshop.
Produce mechanical drawings (2D/3D) and manufacturing plans.
Work closely with the workshop to validate the feasibility of parts.
Conduct site visits to understand constraints, verify assemblies, and support production.
Participate in continuous improvement projects: optimization processes, efficiency, loss reduction, ergonomics, etc.
Support the production, quality, and engineering teams in various technical projects.
Proficient with drafting software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding – an asset).
A concrete, varied, and evolving role.
Direct involvement in real-world projects with impact Immediate.
