This position under the direction of the Training Supervisor will develop Equipment Maintainers skills in the trouble shooting, unscheduled repairs, and schedule maintenance tasks. The purpose of this position is to teach new staff the skills to maintain the equipment, also when key defects or failure trends are noted specific coaching plans will be developed and delivered. Provides on the Job Training (OJT) to maintenance staff in all aspects of the job.
Support and implement training sessions to improve skills, knowledge and competencies of maintenance employees. Recommend changes to training programs providing options for improvement and update documentation.

• Excellent command of English writing and speaking skills required.
