We are an impactful, highly collaborative team dedicated to advancing the field of security and compliance. This is a fully remote position, with candidates ideally residing in Canada.
Work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability.
Engage in all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, including code reviews and performance optimization.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers.
You take pride in owning your work, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring solutions are effective and user-centric.
You thrive in product-focused environments and are driven by the impact your work has on customers.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and a modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
- You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch is highly valued.
