Business Development Manager- Work Remotely

This position requires remote work in Indonesia.
Lead the company’s Web3 project partnerships in Indonesia.
Explore business resources in the Indonesian Web3 sector.
Expand local business scenarios and partner networks.
Recruit project partners for the agent incubation platform in Indonesia.
Maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth progress and achieve business goals.
Indonesian national with Chinese as a working language or Chinese national with extensive experience in the Web3 industry in Indonesia.
Two or more years of experience in the Indonesian Web3 industry.
Familiarity with the local market environment and resources.
Proven business development experience with a knack for connecting with partners like traffic providers and R&D teams.
Strong business negotiation skills.
Understanding of AI agent-related fields and the ability to clearly communicate product value.
Strong ability to withstand pressure and respond quickly to market changes.
Bonus Points
Possess a strong network of Indonesian Web3 influencers, KOLs, or AI agent developers.
Familiarity with Indonesian payment systems and Web3 industry regulations.
Experience in business development for Web3 or AI projects in Indonesia, particularly in securing resources.
