Your customer-centric approach is just what we need as our next Instructional Designer.

Joining our Operational Learning team, you will work with clients to identify their training needs and design,develop, and evaluate effective learning solutions including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, on-the-job training, and eLearning content.

Executing on Gas training deliverables based on operational priorities
~Participating in department-driven training and process improvement initiatives.

A diploma in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or a related discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution, plus three years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodology, specifically ADDIE.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated experience with Articulate 360 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking, analytical approach to implementing progressive training solutions
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project management experience preferredmprovement initiatives.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
