Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals.
Our client is an established trading house with a growing portfolio of products worldwide. Operating for over 45 years, they serve markets in Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and the Caribbean.
They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support and collaborate closely with the outside sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers. You will also be the main point of contact for your book of customers.
This role is ideal for a mature, open-minded, and well-rounded professional looking for a long-term career in a dynamic and family-owned business.
Work Place: Montreal office
Wholesale
Commissions/Bonus: Yearly bonus based on company performance $2,000-$6,000
Car allowance: 2 weeks vacation
Extra 8 days of vacation during the holidays
Support outside sales reps
Respond to customers inquiries
Process and follow up on customer orders
Updating prices and important information in CRM
Outbound calls to existing customers
Road vs Office: 0% VS 100%
Languages: Perfect English & intermediate French
Training: Onsite training provided
Overnight Travel: N.Microsoft Office suite (A Must)
