Manage All Warehouse and Production Kitchen Activities
Focus on the Food
Inventory control and cost evaluation
Setting up par lists and stock on hand controls
Office Management
Minimum 2 years in warehouse/commissary in a management/supervisory capacity.
Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
