Office Clerk (temporary)

Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre

As a non-profit organization that is responsive to both industry and community needs, the Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre (STSC) delivers short-term trades and skills training, leading to entry-level jobs where workers are in high demand.

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized individual to act as a front facing member of our team providing a wide range of administrative and staff support activities ensuring the efficient operation of our programs.

Duties include:

- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where

necessary

  • Monitoring visitor access
  • Handling general public queries and ongoing customer support
  • Providing support to job coaches in preparation for, and during

training courses

- General administrative support to the office administrator and

executive director

The successful candidate must be a team player and have good working knowledge of Microsoft suite products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities are essential.
