~ Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; Calgary Office, 5 days/week in office.
Own social media strategy, content creation & execution
Coordinate influencer and community engagement
Work closely with Legal & Corp Affairs to align brand associations with Company values
Work closely with Taproom Manager on aligned programming
Labatt Field Sales Engagement
University Degree / College Diploma in Marketing or related field
Plan and deliver Taproom and community initiatives and events from concept to execution
Experience with content creation and community management on digital platforms
Experience working with customers/partners
