At EY Law LLP, we are continuously seeking skilled U.Business Immigration Law Clerks who are eager to contribute to our mission of providing integrated, high-quality services to our clients.
Business Immigration Law Clerks support companies and their employees in efficiently relocating wherever needed by utilizing our comprehensive range of U.S. business immigration services, including assistance with immigrant, green card and non-immigrant, temporary work visa statuses, as well as providing tailored advisory services to meet the unique needs of clients. Law Clerks manage multiple challenging engagements, bringing innovative solutions and ideas to our diverse institutional clients.

S. business immigration processing categories and requirements for each visa category.
Manage the lifecycle of applications including, document collection, drafting, reviewing, editing and submission of packages.
Using available resources, draft complete application packages for review by the supervising lawyer.
Draft emails in response to queries by clients and notify them of updates to their applications.
Follow up with immigration authorities on pending applications.
Conduct electronic data entry including billing and general client information in applicant tracking system.
Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
S business immigration preferred.
Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects.
