Clutch is in search of a Sales Advisor to champion the online used car buying process. Take part in disrupting the age-old mundane process of buying a car & redefine what it means to sell used vehicles.
Kick off the purchasing process once customers have placed a deposit on our website and be their guide through the cash transaction - set expectations for the next steps and ensure customer satisfaction.
Effectively handle customer objections and get the sale across the finish line.
Update all relevant information and documents in our CRM verify and generate documents.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience
Experience in customer objection handling is preferred
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle a large number of customers at a time
Exceptional sales communication and objection-handling skills
Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility
Must be available to work on weekend shifts
