Salary + Commission Wage Structure with uncapped earning potential! Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
We're looking for a Powersports Sales Specialist who thrives on connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping customers find the perfect ride for wherever the road, trail, or water takes them. Whether they're purchasing their first motorcycle, upgrading their ATV, or investing in their next outdoor adventure, you'll play a key role in making the experience exciting, seamless, and memorable.
Representing industry-leading brands like Honda, Ducati, and Polaris, you'll help customers gear up for their next chapter while building a rewarding career of your own. Engage Customers – Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend the right Polaris, Honda, or Ducati product.
Sales Process Management – Guide customers from initial interest to final purchase, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Customer Relationships – Build long-term connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Operations – Meet or exceed sales targets, process paperwork, manage inventory, and maintain an organized showroom.
Teamwork & Marketing – Collaborate with the service team, assist in marketing events, and support customer outreach efforts.
Sales Experience & Passion – Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports is a plus); Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers.
Customer-Focused & Goal-Driven – A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales goals.
