Part-Time Position
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8 Hours Per Day (24 Hours Per Week)
Executive Maintenance Services Inc., a division of Werek Enterprises Inc., is seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent / Handyman to join our growing team.
General building maintenance and repairs
Common area inspections and upkeep
Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs
Garbage and recycling area maintenance
Coordination with contractors and service providers
Responding to maintenance requests
Ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and presentable
Previous superintendent, maintenance, or handyman experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs
Strong problem-solving abilities
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently
Stable part-time schedule
Supportive and professional work environment
