Global Scope with oversight of international manufacturing operations

Lead global manufacturing operations, providing direction to all plant managers while promoting best practices and standardization.

• Create and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and key customers, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to support new product introductions and evaluate business opportunities.
• Build and sustain a high-performing operations team, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions.
• Lead strategic planning and expansion initiatives, as well as special corporate projects as assigned by the CEO and Board.

Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in engineering, budgeting, business development, and project management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
• Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing
• Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and delivering operational excellence on a global scale.
• Strategic and financial planning, Capital project oversight, Quality and safety compliance, Customer and supplier relationship management, Tooling and component design for manufacture, Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness and ability to travel globally
• Deep understanding of health & safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards
