As a Master Builder you will report to the Regional Lead. You will work within Walmart stores in your area building seasonal display items (Patio Furniture BBQs Swings Lawn Mowers etc.) and a wide selection of quality Bicycles. You will be our go-to-person to arrive in store ready to build! we adhere to all policies to ensure that all quality measures are met or exceeded both for you as an employee and for the customers who buy our products. As this is a seasonal program we also have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year!*
to build or repair a variety of bicycles and seasonal products. (Working knowledge of mechanics/assembly and demonstrated ability to assemble products that are safe and built to last for many years to come
Comprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays such as patio furniture BBQs swings lawn mowers snowblowers and more. (Conduct regular safety inspections of products and may on occasion perform repairs and adjustments to ensure builds are meeting the highest standards
May on occasion perform repairs or adjustments for customer-owned products
Thrives while working alone often unsupervised
Comfortable using mobile devices and apps to communicate in group chats submit end of day reports and conduct safety checklists
You MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region.
