Baker (Full time and part time)

COBS Bread Spruce Grove is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Baker.
Shifts usually start from 2 to 4 am.
Wage negotiable depending on previous training and experience.

As a Baker at COBS Bread you will lead our freshness commitment. Bakers start their days with an empty bakery but when they leave—it’s filled with the artisan bread and delicious treats for the community to enjoy. Right now, we are looking for personable Bakers to share their love of fresh bread with our loyal customers. Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
You have pride in what COBS offers the community
You share in a commitment to the success of your team, the bakery, and to your own development
Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
