People Experience, People Success, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Team, consisting of six dedicated members, including five recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager, collectively oversees recruitment initiatives for a wide range of roles, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions across Europe and the United States.
We are currently in search of a Junior General Recruiter with a focus on Go-To-Market teams. Partner with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Guidance : Help hiring managers with best practices for interviewing and follow established processes.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience and help enhance our employer brand through well-crafted messaging and positioning.
Process Management : Assist in managing recruiting processes, with opportunities to suggest and implement improvements.
Be a key player in helping us scale effectively and efficiently, contributing to the growth of our team.
2-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Go-to-Market roles, including hiring for individual contributors and management positions.
Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
Desire to continually improve and optimize recruiting processes.
Belief in the importance of hiring for cultural fit and understanding the role of recruitment in company success.
