Document and Review Management Specialist

Treesa Builders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our professional team in Vancouver . This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining structured filing systems within a fast-paced construction environment.

Manage and maintain all project-related documents, drawings, and correspondence.

Ensure proper document control procedures are followed across projects.

Maintain updated records of project files in both digital and physical formats.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for document submissions.

Ensure version control and proper revision tracking of drawings and contracts.

Archive completed project documents according to company policies.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document control software.
