Bilingual Wealth Services Support Representative (French/English)
Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension or conversion to permanent)
We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Wealth Services Support Representative to join a collaborative, client-focused operations team. This role involves providing high-quality, white-glove support to financial advisors through phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience with system processes and reporting.

Respond to advisor inquiries via phone (approximately 60%) and email (40%)
Deliver high-quality client service with professionalism and accuracy
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – mandatory

• 1–3 years of experience in wealth management client service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial platforms or investment operations systems is a strong asset

Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote per week (remote day flexible)
Full-time, onsite training for 3–5 weeks
This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual client service professional to gain hands-on experience in wealth services operations while working in a supportive and professional team environment.
