Join the team at Fairmont Banff Springs. Set in one of Western Canada’s most spectacular alpine destinations, Banff offers a unique community of hospitality enthusiasts, outdoor adventure seekers, artists, entertainers, and families alike. Fairmont Banff Springs is looking for an energetic individual to assist in the delivery of our Adventure & Experiences Guiding program. Adventure & Experiences Guides should have a wide variety of talents but above all should have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Starting Rate: $25.50 per hour
Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible until January 2027.
Assist in contacting guests before their hotel arrival to ensure smooth delivery of guided experiences
Assist in the set-up for all facilitated activities and execute clean-up duties upon completion of program, including cleaning and sanitizing of spaces and objects, before, during, and after the facilities open / activity ends
Apprentice Interpretive Guide Certification from IGA or equivalent

• Positive, outgoing and professional attitude with a passion for National Parks and Town of Banff
• Graduate or student of an Outdoor Recreation/ Ecotourism or Tourism program an asset
• Subsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status employees
