Service Centre Manager  Retail

MacDonald Search Group is pleased to partner the world's largest company in its niche service/retail sector in their search for a Retail/Service Manager to take responsibility for one of their busiest locations in the GTA. The Manager will lead and manage operations by delivering world class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. You will achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a corporate image of excellence by pushing for results, building a strong team and delivering excellent customer service.

Promoting add-on sales through all levels of employees

Planning and organizing work flow

Attracting, selecting, and retaining quality employees

Building strong teams and allowing for diverse individual contributions

You have a minimum of three years management experience in a customer facing retail/service environment

College diploma or degree considered an asset

Strong customer service orientation

Strong coaching/mentorship skills

You have a proactive business relationship building focus

You have strong MS Office experience
