Property Manager - Leasing

What You'll Do:

As the main contact for your assigned portfolio, you will build relationships with clients, residents, vendors, and our in-house maintenance and cleaning team to keep things running smooth and efficiently while providing clean communication and record keeping.

• Build positive relationships while addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
• Advertise, market, and lease vacant units, including screening applicants and executing lease agreements.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and preventative measures.
• Oversee repairs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
• Work with service providers to ensure quality work and secure competitive quotes.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
• Utilize property management software (Buildium) to streamline operations and communication.
• Develop long-term maintenance plans and collaborate closely with property owners.

What We're Looking For:

• You have a post-secondary education or 2+ years' property management experience.
• Commitment to obtaining Phase 1 & Phase 2 Property Management certification with 12 months (support provided).
• You are tech-savvy with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• You are familiar with Buildium or are willing to learn.
• You remain calm under pressure and can manage multiple priorities.
• You have a valid driver's license + reliable vehicle.
• You can provide a clear criminal record check.
• You're familiar with the Apple ecosystem (MacOS, iOS, iCloud, etc.).
