Aramark is currently seeking a Cook for the Food Services Department at John Abbott College in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Cook
Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. following the academic calendar)
Prepare and cook the daily menu according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
Responsible for preparing and setting up the salad bar
Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
Cook and finish items on the menu.
Help optimize food costs.
Monitor and record food temperatures.
Prepare food items for catering events.
Participate in ordering and inventory processes.
Ensure proper food rotation at service stations and when receiving orders.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform any other related duties required to support food service operations.
2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is considered an asset.
- MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Sanitation Certificate is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under supervision.
- Customer service oriented.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset and will be highly considered.
