Consumer Services Specialist

We are looking for a Consumer Service Specialist to join our team on a 3-month assignment. This role will play a key part in managing consumer complaints and inquiries. The Consumer Services Specialist will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address concerns and maintain consumer trust.

Handle consumer complaints and inquiries received via phone, email, social media, and web forms.
Prioritize complaints based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution.
Identify trends and provide feedback to support product improvements and enhance consumer satisfaction.

Minimum of High School diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience in consumer services or customer care, ideally in a CPG environment.
Strong communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset).
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce is an asset.
