Hr Officer Recruitment - part time (M/F)

This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager and will work closely with the Quebec Supply Chain Human Resources team . The incumbent will also collaborate with various operational business units to provide support and ensure that human resources, culture, and employee engagement initiatives are fully implemented.

Manage and enhance the HR dashboard and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources team. Produce and maintain reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making, guide strategic initiatives, and improve organizational performance within the Quebec Supply Chain.
Act as an HR advisor to managers in selected departments of the Longueuil brewery. Support the implementation of HR policies and programs and provide employee and labor relations support, including interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements.
Provide administrative support for disciplinary case management by drafting letters and maintaining employee records for the Quebec Supply Chain.
Administer the grievance management process throughout the grievance lifecycle, including maintaining the grievance database, managing grievance files, organizing and preparing for hearings, and tracking grievance-related KPIs.
Support the absenteeism management program by producing reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field preferred; Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
