Ongoing training and development
Licensing support and coaching
Meaningful work helping customers protect what matters most
Helping customers by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person
Answering questions and finding solutions to customer concerns
Assisting with billing, payments, and policy changes
Reviewing customer needs and educating them about insurance options
Building strong relationships through exceptional service
Identifying opportunities to improve customer protection and overall satisfaction
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

What Will Help You Succeed
Have 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or administration
Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences
Are willing to obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License (we'll help you every step of the way)
No insurance experience? We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.
